COMPUTER APPLICATIONS AND

BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

GRADING REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH 6 WEEKS

Each management trainee will earn points for the completion of a variety of tasks.  The points a trainee can accumulate for each six weeks are as follows:

Completion of required paperwork	10 points
Computer applications assignments	Points vary.
Tuesday – Thursday meetings	5 points for each meeting
Perfect attendance for the week	20 points
CEC Open House	10 points
Organized Notebook	10 points
Business Portfolio	50 points
Business Research Project	50 points
Newspaper Readings	10 points
Extra Mile activities- Portrait Poster, Scavenger Hunts, Special Projects, etc.	Points vary.
MOS Exam	50 points
Stock Market Game	50 points for profitable trading
Keyboarding (35 wpm)	35 points
FBLA	20 points

Your grade will depend on the number of points you accumulate over the six-week grading period.  Listed below are how points convert to grades.

A         400 points

B          334-399  points

C          267-333 points

D          200-266 points

F          below  200 points
