Week of January 21st--First Semester StudentsClass Update--Week of January 21st (4 items)1) This week you will begin sending regular progress reports. If you have not yet begun your internship, please email a professional reading assignment (information in your syllabus) as well as the weekly question. 2) Remember that all the forms you received at the student/parent orientation were due on Tuesday, January 22nd. Those forms are: The Sponsor Contract, Credit Form, Attendance/Transportation contract, Workers' Comp, Excursion form and the Student/Parent Information form. Each of these forms are worth points towards your grade, so please turn them in immediately. 3) Your Learning Plan (job description) is due on Sunday, February 24th. Please see your syllabus for information on the assignment and speak with your supervisor to put together your work duties for the semester. Please send this assignment in Word format and attached to your weekly email. 4) Weekly Question: Many students work, go to school, participate in extra curricular activities and have busy social lives all at once. What advice would you give to teens such as yourself for managing all of your obligations? Be sure to tell how to organize time and how to set priorities. Recommend ways to fit all of your activities into your busy schedule.
